Refund Policy

Scope

This refund policy applies to advance payments or deposits collected against manpower placement or private security service engagements with CLASSIC BUSINESS SOLUTION.

Placement Services

For employment placement services, refund eligibility (if any) and replacement guarantees are defined in the signed placement agreement. Where a placed candidate leaves within the agreed replacement window, we will provide a suitable replacement at no additional placement fee before considering any refund.

Security Services

Security service contracts are typically billed monthly or per shift. Refunds for unutilised advance amounts (net of deployment already rendered and statutory dues) are processed within 15 business days after formal termination and reconciliation.

Non-Refundable Items

Onboarding costs, verification charges, uniform issuance, training investment and statutory contributions already paid to authorities are non-refundable.

Process

To request a refund, write to us at the contact address below with the invoice reference and reason. We will acknowledge within 3 business days and complete processing within 15 business days of approval.
